Malta  (1988 SG821) Sir Luigi Preziosi.

Sir Luigi Preziosi (1888 - 1965) graduated in medicine in 1910 and specialized in ophthalmology. He was appointed 
professor of ophthalmology at the Royal University of Malta in 1924. Preziosi devised an operation to treat glaucoma, 
the technique still bearing his name. He also gave an active contribution in Maltese politics.
