Paul Julius Möbius
German neurologist, born January 24, 1853, Leipzig; died 1907, Leipzig.
Möbius's syndrome = A congenital syndrome characterized by congenital palsy of the external rectus and facial muscles, usually bilateral, associated with paralysis of the sixth and seventh nerves.
