Viscoat (containing hyaluronate and chondroitin sulfate and
derived from the shark cartilage). It is a dispersive viscoelastic 
which coats the endothelium better and gives more endothelial protection.

The disadvantages of Viscoat and other dispersive viscoelastics are:
poorer view
difficult to insert and remove
compared with Healon and other cohesive viscoelastic.
