| History: A 80 year old woman presented with a left scotoma of several days duration. Fundoscopy showed a macroaneurysm in the superior arcade with subretinal haemorrhage and some retinal exudates. No treatment was performed and the macroaneurysm became thrombosed spontaneously. | |||
