Case 44 
History: A 60 year-old man who was treated for proliferative diabetic retinopathy experienced a sudden 
onset right floaters. Fundoscopy revealed vitreous and subhyaloid haemorrhage. Fluorescence fundoscopy
showed the haemorrhage come from new vessels elsewhere arising from the superotemporal retinal vein.
