Case 41
History:  This 74 year-old man who suffered from a right branch retinal vein occlusion 6 months earlier developed
a drop in vision from 6/12 to 6/36. Fundoscopy revealed an area of macular exudate with oedema. Fluorescein
angiography revealed areas of leakage with intact foveal vasculature. Focal argon laser was performed and the vision
improved to 6/18 at the 2-month follow-up (click on the picture for an enlarged view.)
