Answer
a. Presence of a persistent hyaloid vessel
extending from the optic nerve to the back 
of the lens.
b. Presence of a retrolental mass.
c. The ciliary processes are elongated and drawn inward.
The diagnosis is persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous.
