Braille stamp issued by Germany in March 2006 to mark the 200th Anniversary of the Berlin Blind School and 150th Anniversary of Nikolauspflege (a foundation for the blind and partially sighted in Stuttgart). The value of the stamp is 0.55 EUR; the numbers 55 are purposely blurred to indicate to the sighted how the partially sighted people view the world.
