Greenland Polar Bear.

The polar bear is a rich source of proteins for dwellers and explorers of the Arctic. However, its
liver should be avoided as it contains an unusually high level of vitamin A. Ingestion of the liver
can lead to ocular symptoms of hypervitaminosis A which include strabismus, diplopia and
papilloedema due to raised intracranial pressure.
