Johann Andreas Eisenbrth (1663-1727) was a barber surgeon from West Germany.
He specialized in the surgical management of eye disease and general surgery. His 
skill made him famous, though some claimed that he is a quack. He used to traveled 
around the country with acrobats and actors. He performed live surgery on stage in 
between shows to the general public.
