Traumatic Horner's Syndrome
This 40 year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to his left neck that required surgery to his carotid artery. Post-operatively he was noted to have ipsilateral ptosis and miosis. He was unhappy with his appearance and requested ptosis operation. A levator advancement was performed with satisfactory result.
