This teenager was harpooned
during a dispute. One of the prongs entered the lower orbit resulting in
globe perforation. CT scan showed the prongs narrowly missed the brain.
The harpoon was removed in conjunction with the maxillary facial surgeon.
The globe underwent primary repair at the same time.
