Cutaneous horn
This 80 year-old man complained of a lesion in
the left lower lid. Examination revealed a cutaneous horn with underlying
skin lesion. Punch biopsy was performed after removing the horn. The histology
showed only solar keratosis. A pentagon excision was performed without
clear margin and the wound was closed directly without problem.
