This 75 year-old woman complained of left epiphora.
Probing of the lower canaliculus revealed a soft stop and syringing caused
fluid regurgitation through the upper punctum. The DCG showed an almost
complete obstruction of the common canaliculus with regurgitation of the
dye. Some dye however got into the sac as in the second picture with a
faint outline of the sac.
