Upper lid entropion

This 50 year-old Pakistani man complained of recurrent chronic bilateral ocular irritation. Examination revealed bilateral upper lid entropion with misdirection of the eyelashes. Evertion of the upper lids showed bilateral subtarsal fibrosis suggestive of previous trachoma. Anterior lamellar repositioning was carried out for both eyes with relief of the symptoms. Bilateral lash ptosis. Lateral view shows misdirection of the eyelashes. Lateral view shows misdirection of the eyelashes. Subtarsal fibrosis . Subtarsal fibrosis.
