Answer to a a. Papilloedema Answer to b b. Optic disc drusen. The right eye shows a bright lesion at the head of the optic nerve consistent with optic disc drusen. The patient head is slightly tilted and therefore the left drusen is not shown. Optic disc drusen is a cause of pseudopapilloedema.
