Pseudoxanthoma elasticum.
The skin shows confluent papules giving a "chicken skin" appearance. 

 b. What ocular signs may be present?
 
• Keratoconus
• Ectopia lentis
• Angioid streaks
• Retinal detachment

 


c. What other systmeic features may be present?

 
• Widespread vascular changes with:
angina
hypertension
dissenting aneurysm
• Gastrointestinal bleeding.
