55 years old librarian, -8.0 and -14.0 dp. For cataract op, target refraction -3, explain need for ohter eye op to avoid anisometropia and risks of complications. Wanted ga, convinced for at least LA+sed 
 

OPHTHALMOLOGY AND MEDICINE 

Case 1
Diabetic patient, discussion regarding treatment criteria, examine fundus and hands- had marks of burns, brisk reflexes, check pulse. No time for other examination, bell rang, examiner concluded it was syringomyelia, without even asking the dg or differential dg 

All examiners nice, more all less, nobody was nasty, Genuinly wanting to help.
