This 40 year old woman was referred by her optician because of raised intraocular pressure in both eyes. Slit-lamp examination of the right eye showed the appearance as seen in Figure 1. Figure 2 is the appearance of right gonioscopy. The intraocular pressure is raised in both eyes with inferior notchings of the optic discs.

a. What physical signs are seen in the above pictures?

b. What is the diagnosis?

c. Is this condition inherited?

d. Is the treatment of glaucoma in this patient differs from patient with
