was issued on the 6/03/2003 to mark the centenary of the Swiss
National Association of and for the Blind (SNAB). The '70' is in faint notation on red background and Braille symbol for '70' (number symbol, then Gand J, the 7th and 10th letters of the alphabet for 7 and 0). The printed '70' is designed to be faint, to highlihgt the problems faced by visually impaired people. a
